1. Introduction

NETMOS is a digital logistics platform designed to facilitate transport, logistics, fleet management and authorised government services. The NETMOS system includes mobile applications such as Rush, Pragati and Pragati Driver.

This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, stored, processed, used and protected when authorised users access or use NETMOS. By using NETMOS, users acknowledge and consent to the processing of information necessary for the operation, maintenance, security and delivery of authorised services through the platform, in accordance with applicable Indian laws.

6. Data Retention

Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide authorised services, operate and secure NETMOS, maintain relevant records, resolve disputes, enforce applicable agreements and comply with legal, regulatory or government requirements.

Where applicable law, regulation, legal proceedings, government requirements or other lawful obligations require specific information to be retained, such information may be retained to the extent required by law.

7. User Account and Data Deletion

Users who wish to delete their NETMOS account and associated user data may request account deletion by sending an email to info@netmos.in.

The deletion request should be sent from the user's registered email address and should clearly mention that the user is requesting deletion of their NETMOS account and associated data.

After receiving the request, NETMOS will process the account deletion request and delete the applicable account and user data within 4 working days.

Once the deletion process has been completed, the user will be notified by email at the registered email address.

Where retention of specific information is required by applicable law, regulation, legal proceedings, government requirements or other lawful obligations, such information may be retained to the extent required by law.

Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials and maintaining the confidentiality of information used to access NETMOS.

Users are responsible for activity carried out through their account and should promptly notify the administrators of any suspected unauthorised access, loss of credentials or other security concerns.

9. Data Security

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect information processed through NETMOS against unauthorised access, misuse, loss, alteration or disclosure.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users should also take appropriate steps to protect their credentials and devices used to access NETMOS.

10. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information and must have the necessary authority to submit information through NETMOS.

Users must use NETMOS only for lawful and authorised purposes. Users must not attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious software, impersonate another person or organisation, interfere with government integrations, access information without authorisation or otherwise violate applicable laws and regulations.

11. Suspension and Termination

Access to accounts or NETMOS services may be suspended or terminated where necessary due to fraud, misuse, policy violations, security risks, unauthorised activity, violation of applicable laws or legal requirements.

Access may also be restricted where required to protect the platform, its users, government integrations or other authorised services.

12. Children's Privacy

NETMOS is intended for authorised individuals, organisations, transporters, government officials and other authorised stakeholders. It is not designed as a general children's service.

Users should not provide information through NETMOS unless they are authorised to do so and are permitted to use the relevant service.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in NETMOS, applicable requirements, services, integrations or legal obligations. Updates will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

14. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Courts at Shillong, Meghalaya shall have jurisdiction in relation to matters arising from this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
